1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Restovue — Photo Enhancer mobile application (the "Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and NextGen TechEdge Solutions Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not download, install, or use the Application.

2. Description of the Application

Restovue is an Android mobile utility that provides local, on-device photo editing, filtering, cropping, retouching, clone stamping, and file compression capabilities. The Application is provided to facilitate personal creativity and image optimization without cloud server reliance.

3. Permitted Use & User License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, NextGen TechEdge Solutions grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application on compatible Android devices owned or controlled by you.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code or proprietary algorithms of the Application.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Application.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or distribute the Application or any portion thereof.
• Use the Application for any unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or abusive purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent any digital rights management or security features embedded in the software.

4. User Content & Intellectual Property Ownership

Your Photos Remain Your Property: You retain complete ownership, copyright, and all associated intellectual property rights in the photographs, graphics, and images that you import, edit, or export using Restovue. NextGen TechEdge Solutions claims no ownership interest, license, or right of use over your personal images.

User Responsibility: You represent and warrant that you own or possess all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to edit, crop, modify, and distribute any photograph you process through Restovue. You agree not to use the Application to infringe upon the copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party.

Company Intellectual Property: The Application, its software code, user interface design, logos, graphics, brand identity, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of NextGen TechEdge Solutions Private Limited and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

5. Application Availability, Updates & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, update, enhance, or discontinue the Application or any specific feature at any time without prior notice. While we strive to ensure stable compatibility with major Android versions and device form factors, we do not warrant that the Application will function uninterruptedly on every hardware model.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED TO YOU ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, NEXTGEN TECHEDGE SOLUTIONS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Without limiting the foregoing, we make no representation that the Application will meet your requirements, achieve any intended results, or operate error-free. You acknowledge that image compression, passport cropping, and color balancing depend significantly on source photograph quality and destination portal standards.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NEXTGEN TECHEDGE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, CORRUPTION OF IMAGES, DEVICE DAMAGE, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. When updates occur, the revised version will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Application following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
